GUIDELINES
- Outside food is strictly prohibited in the restaurant and room.
- Resort is not liable for injury caused due to an accident on the premises.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry.
- Smoking within the villa Pods & Huts is prohibited.
- Any kind of narcotic substance/Hukkah/drugs etc. is strictly prohibited. If found in possession, information will be sent to the police station.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children below 12 years in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Pool timings are from 7 AM – 7 PM.
- Swimming costume is compulsory to enter the pool. Kindly take shower before entering the pool. It is for the safety of you as well as all other guests.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the Resort property moveable or immoveable, either by themselves/ pets/ by their servants/maids or visitors. Appropriate charges will be considered to mitigate the loss.
- Pet policy:
- Kindly ensure you are carrying a disposable bag along with you, to take care of the natural call of your pets. This will ensure a clean environment for other guests.
- We do provide bowls for pet food if you need them.
- We charge a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- plus taxes, per pet per day, towards extra mattress for the pet, thorough cleaning of room after the pet has checked out, for the comfortable stay of next guest.
- Any damage to the room, furniture, or the property by your pet, is obviously to your account. The same will be billed to your room & needs to be paid on or before check out.
- Outside visitors will not be allowed beyond the reception area.
- Parking at Car Owner’s Risk.
- Tea/Coffee will be served with breakfast. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. We have restaurant to order a la catre food during restaurant timings
Breakfast – 7:30AM – 10:30AM
Lunch – 12:00PM – 3:00PM
Dinner – 7:00PM – 10:00PM - The Resort Management reserves the privilege to add, alter and amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules.
- Being a private property, the Mruda Farm Stay reserves the right of admission.


CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-In Time : 1:00 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10:00 AM
- The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation note need to be followed.
- We’d be glad to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 12:00 PM, provided there’s no booking at the farm for the previous night.
- In case you wish to avail an early check-in, please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in date (earliest possible check-in is 9:00 AM). Charges are applicable – The rate is 20% of the tariff for that date.
- We’d be glad to offer a complimentary late check-out by 11:00 AM, provided there’s no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your checkout date as we accept instant online and last-minute bookings.
- In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 AM), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 3:00 PM, and 40% upto 6:00PM. Full night charges apply thereafter. [This would be Subject to Availability]
- It is at the discretion of Mruda Farm Stay management to offer an early check-in or a late check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Mruda Farm Stay, bookings are reserved on a first come first serve basis. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy aims to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to both our guests and our property.
- Full refund / free re-schedule: Cancellation before 14 days before check-in date
- No Refund / No Re-schedule: Cancellation between 14 days and up to check-in time
- No Refund / No Re-schedule: in case of no show
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is not entitled to a refund in any way or form.
- In case the guest has made an advance part payment, the balance pending payment has to be done 3 days prior to check in – in order to confirm the booking.
- Peak dates such as Diwali, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years, etc. will be non-refundable and non cancellable under any circumstances.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation, and credited back to the original mode of payment.
In the event of a guest testing positive for Covid – 19 or any other personal or medical emergency, we do not offer a cancellation, refund or rescheduling option, since we have a limited number of rooms which are reserved on the basis of the advance payment received, on the basis of which we refuse other booking enquiries for the same booking dates, therefore we expect your kind cooperation for the same.
Under the circumstances of a government statewide/nationwide lockdown (which does not include sealed apartments and/or buildings, personal or medical emergencies or general reasons, on a normal day), only then does Mruda Farm Stay offer a full refund or a shift of dates for the booking amount of the concerned individual.
